The Roadgrip Car Parks team have been car park line marking at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (Walsgrave) for the new NHS staff car park.
This brand new car park is part of the extended car parking area which has been installed in response to space issues in the main car park.
Our on-site line marking teams have been applying thermoplastic markings to the new car parking bays, electric car parking bays, hatching, directional arrows, give-way junctions and pedestrian crossings.
The setting-out team went in first to complete the pre-marking lines, followed by the thermoplastic crew who came in to install the permanent lines. This is why we use thermoplastic paint on the car park lines: What paint is used for line marking?
The team has battled winter conditions (the surface was like an ice rink in the early hours of the mornings!) but have completed a quality job against the elements. You can see more of our car park marking work here in our Top 10 car park jobs.
