Clear warehouse markings are an essential component of company health and safety and help to reduce employee risk.
Tesco called in the Roadgrip team to improve their warehouse surfaces and markings as part of the health and safety commitment.
We began by removing existing lining and tape from the floor first and then prepared the surface by grinding in the areas where the new lines would be applied. This helps the paint to adhere and improves longevity.
We then applied an MMA material, which is a more durable line marking solution. Our marking team applied cage markings and safety markings in front of the fire exits.
We completed works over two nightshifts to ensure minimal disruption to the Tesco staff.
