Roadgrip Motorsports have returned to the world heritage Templehof site in Berlin to apply the ground advertising to the racing circuit for the FIA Berlin E-prix.
This pioneering all-electric motorsport event takes place on the apron of the WW2 airport in the centre of the city making it the perfect backdrop for surface branding showcasing the event’s sponsor brands.
We applied large scale logos and markings in FIA homologated paint and applied the sporting lines around the track.
Due to the temporary nature of this street circuit, and the historic status of the site, it was important that we removed every trace of paint from the surface after the event.
We therefore returned with our powerful Trackjet machine that efficiently removes the paint without affecting the surface underneath. This environmentally-friendly system quickly removed approximately 8000m2 of paint.
Well done to the team for applying another striking track design, and for leaving this incredible location as we found it after the race.
