Roadgrip Motorsports have begun an exciting project rather different to our normal F1 circuit markings. For this project, our track marking and design team have been working for a prestigious country club with a motorsport venue called The Concours Club in the heart of Miami, Florida.
From the start we have helped with design ideas for this exclusive members-only driving circuit, looking at how to make the most of the three-cornered track with multiple configurations.
Once the design had been finalised, we began applying the first phase of circuit markings. Starting with one base colour, we then painted stripes to develop the look and feel of the circuit in line with the club’s branding.
Just as with the larger F1 circuits, we have used racing-grade materials to the highest FIA standards for safety.
It’s been a great experience to be part of such a fantastic team in Miami, sharing our extensive expertise in motorsports to help with the design of the circuit, pit lanes, run-offs and racing markings.
We’ve faced a few hurdles along the way – namely Hurricane Dorian, bad weather and now the coronavirus, but our global team are flexible and are used to adapting to help our clients. We’ll keep you posted on how the project develops.
