Roadgrip’s US office might be based in one of the most scenic corners of New York State, but there’s more to this location than beautiful river views.
Located in Clayton in the heart of the famous Thousand Islands region, Roadgrip LLC operates from the banks of the St. Lawrence River – a stretch of water that’s actually home to closer to 1,864 islands scattered across around 50 miles of river between the US and Canada.
It’s a pretty spectacular backdrop for an office.
The Clayton office provides Roadgrip LLC with an ideal base for projects across the northeastern United States while also supporting nationwide operations.
One week the team might be removing race branding from a temporary street circuit. The next, they’re striping highways along the St Lawrence River.
Over the past few months, the team has worked across some of the biggest motorsport events and venues in the US.
In Miami, Roadgrip Motorsport installed the now-iconic aqua track branding, sporting lines and run-off areas around the Hard Rock Stadium Formula 1 circuit, helping create one of the most visually recognisable races on the calendar.
The team has also been involved in projects in California, Las Vegas and Texas (Arlington and COTA), delivering race track striping, sponsor branding, track cleaning and paint removal for major motorsport events. From temporary street circuits to permanent racing venues, the work requires fast mobilisation, precision delivery and the ability to work under intense event deadlines.
And once the racing finishes, the job often continues. Our crews regularly return post-event to remove branding, clean surfaces and reinstate public roads and spaces using ultra high pressure water jetting systems and specialist paint removal equipment.
While much of the work takes the team across the country, Roadgrip’s highway striping division has also been active closer to home.
Recently, the crew completed highway striping works on the road directly outside the Clayton office itself.
That crossover between highways and motorsport is something Roadgrip has become known for. Many of the techniques, technologies and standards used in high-level motorsport transfer directly into highway and infrastructure work, particularly when it comes to precision line marking, surface preparation and operational efficiency.
Different environments. Same attention to detail.
With the motorsport calendar in full swing and highway projects continuing across the country, it’s already been a busy year for Roadgrip LLC, and there’s plenty more still to come.
