Roadgrip is proud to announce the successful completion of its latest surveillance audit against ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management), achieving an outstanding result with zero non-conformances identified.

While the result itself is something to celebrate, it represents far more than a successful audit. It reflects the culture that underpins every Roadgrip project—one where quality, safety and continual improvement are embedded into everyday operations, whether we’re working on an airport runway in the Caribbean, a Formula 1 circuit in Europe or a highway project in North America.

More Than a Certificate

ISO standards provide an internationally recognised framework for managing quality and health and safety, but for Roadgrip they are far more than a compliance exercise.

Every project, process and procedure is built around delivering consistent, high-quality work while ensuring the wellbeing of our people, clients and the public. Our management systems help standardise best practice across our global operations, ensuring that the same high standards are maintained wherever our teams are working.

Achieving zero non-conformances demonstrates that these systems are not only documented – they are also understood, implemented and continually followed throughout the business.

Continual Improvement at Roadgrip Never Stops

One of the most valuable aspects of the surveillance process is the opportunity to receive independent feedback on how systems and procedures can evolve. Alongside confirming compliance, the audit identified observations and opportunities that will help Roadgrip continue strengthening its processes, improving consistency and refining the way projects are delivered.

A Company-Wide Achievement

Maintaining internationally recognised management systems requires commitment from every part of the business.

From operational teams and project managers to engineers, administrators and support staff, every individual contributes to maintaining the standards that clients expect from Roadgrip.

The successful outcome of this year’s surveillance audit is therefore a reflection of the professionalism, commitment and attention to detail demonstrated across the entire organisation. Thank you to everyone in the Roadgrip family.
