Roadgrip is proudly sponsoring the Kingsley United under 11s football team who play in the Liverpool County Premier Junior League.
Iddy Qassim is a valued employee at Roadgrip and has worked with us for nearly a decade in our line painting team. When he told us about the team his son, Zaid, plays for as a defender, we were only too happy to offer sponsorship.
Kingsley United plays an important role in the local community of Toxteth, as it supports young people from diverse backgrounds. The area has suffered many challenges with racism and this club, which also received support from Nike, is doing incredible things to tackle those challenges for children and teenagers.
The players of the under 11s have been smashing it, performing week-in, week-out. We can’t wait to see how they get on this season! Everyone at Roadgrip will be cheering them on.
The young team are brilliantly managed by Wesley Butcher and coached by Kevin Rawcliffe.
