Few circuits have a visual identity as distinctive as the Miami F1 Grand Prix at the Hard Rock Stadium.
For this year’s race, Roadgrip Motorsport returned to deliver the track striping, run-off artwork and large-scale branding that define the look and feel of the event.
Winding its way around the stadium complex, the Miami Grand Prix circuit is a fast, technical layout made up of long straights, tight corners and heavy braking zones, all set within a temporary street-style environment.
Built for the spectacle as much as safety and performance, it demands a bold visual presentation on anti-grip surfacing.
The Miami circuit isn’t subtle. Its identity is built around contrast, colour and scale.
Our team installed the full suite of run-off areas in the signature aqua finish, creating that unmistakable backdrop seen across global broadcast. The colour, synonymous with the Miami Dolphins and the Florida coastline, gives the circuit a unique personality that sets it apart from every other race on the calendar.
Across the circuit, we installed sporting lines, grid markings and pit lane signing to give sharp, obvious clarity to drivers.
On a circuit like Miami where walls are close and margins are tight, these markings are critical. They define track limits, guide positioning and provide the visual cues drivers rely on at speed.
A key part of the project was the installation of large-format logos, including branding for Precision Club and the venue’s own Miami identity.
Using VR technology and digital set-out tools, our team mapped out each logo to ensure accuracy at scale. This allows complex designs to be positioned precisely across large surfaces, maintaining correct proportions and alignment for broadcast and aerial views.
Once set out, the logos were applied using a combination of line marking machines and hand spraying, ensuring clean edges and consistent finishes across the circuit.
High temperatures, intense sunlight and tight event schedules require careful planning and experienced teams. Our crew worked through the heat to deliver a consistent finish across the circuit, maintaining quality and precision throughout.
The result is a track that not only performs under the demands of racing, but captures attention with a sea of aqua, sharp lines and bold branding set against one of the most unique backdrops in motorsport.
