Roadgrip LLC is proud to have completed another major motorsport project in the USA, delivering the track striping at Circuit of the Americas (COTA) ahead of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC).
Over the course of ten days, our team carefully prepared the verge and edge lines to ensure the circuit was race-ready. As always, we used anti-slip, FIA-approved paint to provide maximum grip and durability, keeping both drivers and fans safe during the high-speed spectacle.
COTA is a circuit close to our hearts. Not only is it one of the most iconic race venues in the United States, hosting everything from Formula 1 to MotoGP, but Roadgrip also played a part in its history. Back in 2012, we were honoured to design the track concept, making this return to Austin to prepare the surface for WEC particularly special.
Working in Austin’s extreme summer heat comes with the territory in that part of the world. Fortunately, our experienced crew are well-versed in applying paints efficiently and professionally in all conditions. With tight timelines and soaring temperatures, the team’s expertise ensured every line was sharp, safe and completed on schedule.
The client was delighted with the finished result, and we’re proud to have once again delivered a project that meets the highest FIA standards. Returning to COTA always feels like coming full circle, and it was an honour to contribute once again to one of the USA’s most prestigious motorsport venues.
