As part of Donington Park‘s £multi-million plan of improvements to the circuit and venue, Roadgrip Motorsport have been installing racing lines to the newly resurfaced track.
As a busy destination for events and track days (in addition to a full racing calendar), our team had to work around activities, working through the night and during tight windows through the day.
This, coupled with the winter weather of rain, snow and ice, relied on exceptional flexibility and quick response from our track painting crew during the application and drying out phases.
After applying the first coating of paint to the sporting lines, starting grid, pit lane and edge lines, we heated the surface up to apply homologated anti-slip paint for longevity and safety.
