The Formula 1 calendar returns to the heart of the Styrian mountains this weekend for the Austrian Grand Prix, and once again, Roadgrip Motorsport is proud to have played a key role in preparing the iconic Red Bull Ring for racing action.

As specialists in high-performance circuit marking, our team has once again installed the sporting lines, pit lane markings, grid positions, and run-off graphics that bring the high-speed drama of Formula 1 to life on this stunning permanent circuit.

A Circuit We Know Inside-Out

Having worked on the Austrian Grand Prix for several years now, the Red Bull Ring is a track we know intimately. From the demanding braking zones of Turn 1 and Turn 3, to the sweeping high-speed curves of Sectors 2 and 3, our team has carefully prepared every section to meet the exacting standards of Formula 1 and the FIA.

This is not just about making the circuit race-ready, it’s about delivering precision, performance and consistency year after year. Our previous projects at this venue speak to that legacy:

  • In 2021, we prepared the grid and pit areas during a particularly challenging schedule.

  • In 2022, we returned to apply full race graphics, working under tight logistics alongside local teams.

  • And in 2023, our crews delivered the full suite of track markings, sponsor graphics and grip-enhancing coatings across the circuit.

Each year presents new conditions, but our standards remain the same.

Technical Track, Technical Execution

The Red Bull Ring might be one of the shorter tracks on the F1 calendar at just 4.3km, but it demands incredible precision from both drivers and crews. The elevation changes, heavy braking zones and limited overtaking opportunities make track definition and clarity especially important.

That’s why we use FIA-compliant anti-slip paints, durable application methods and laser-guided layouts to ensure every line we apply supports safety, performance, and visual impact.

From Start Line to Success

Whether it’s installing the start/finish grid or painting kerbs, run-offs and sponsor logos, every detail matters at this level of motorsport. And with multiple series racing across the weekend, the circuit markings must hold up under intense use and weather conditions.

At Roadgrip Motorsport, we take pride in delivering race-ready circuits for the world’s top motorsport events, and it’s always a pleasure to return to the Red Bull Ring.
