Airfield Grooving and Runway Painting at Guyana’s largest airport, Cheddi Jagan International, is well underway as Roadgrip’s Airport Division continue phase-2 of the runway works.
The expert airfield maintenance team are using Roadgrip’s own fleet of specialist machines to undertake circa 60,000m2 of runway grooving to asphalt surfaces (6mmx6mm at 38mm centres) and 6000m2 of line painting to TTP1952 D with type 3 beads – all to FAA specifications.
