The legendary TT Circuit Assen, often referred to as the “Cathedral of Speed,” once again played host to the world’s most elite motorcycle riders for the MotoGP and Roadgrip Motorsport was back on site to prepare the track with precision-painted lines and high-performance markings.

Having worked on this iconic Dutch circuit over recent years, Roadgrip’s team knows every apex, straight, and run-off zone like the back of their hand. Our longstanding relationship with MotoGP means we’re trusted to deliver track markings that not only meet the strict standards of the race, but also enhance rider safety and visibility under high-speed conditions.

High-Performance Track Painting for Two-Wheeled Precision

Track markings for motorcycle racing differ from other motorsport series. With riders leaning at extreme angles and tyres having less contact area than those on cars, every detail matters, from the paint thickness and grip rating, to durability under dynamic weather.

At TT Assen, we applied:

  • Sporting lines, kerbs and run-off markings using non-slip, high-friction paints designed specifically for bike racing

  • Grid boxes and pit lane markings

  • Bold, high-contrast visuals to ensure visibility in all weather conditions

These markings are essential not just for the race itself, but for practice and qualifying sessions where lap times are split by thousandths of a second. Consistency and clarity are non-negotiable.

With a mix of fast flowing corners, technical chicanes, and a long start/finish straight, it’s a circuit that tests both skill and nerve. These key features of the track require specialist paint application techniques, especially in high-load zones where repeated braking and aggressive cornering demand surface durability.

Trusted By Racing Venues Year After Year

Our return to TT Assen is more than a project—it’s part of a continued partnership with one of motorsport’s most respected venues and race organisers. As seen in our previous work at the track (2022, 2023), we pride ourselves on delivering speed, accuracy, and quality under tight timelines and international pressure.

The result? A surface that’s visually stunning, functionally flawless, and built to meet the demands of the fastest two-wheel racing on the planet.
